The Swole Monkey Waffles are a perfect way to start your morning. The waffles are very tasty and have a nice hint of banana flavor. I recommend placing them in a toaster. I heat them for 20 seconds in the microwave, then in the toaster. The waffles will keep you full. I have mine with 1st Phorm Phormula-1 Clear, clear isolate protein and yummy Swole Waffles.
