I’m not happy. I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and as the map shows I’d be receiving It in 2 to 3 days. After 3 days I received a message stating that what I ordered is out of stock. That it would be the following Tuesday before they have more. I responded and let him know I understand things happen no biggie. Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday and I’ve got no idea what’s going on or where my order is or some kind of eta. Now going into thursday still no word from anyone regarding my order and I was unable to track anything about the progress of my order. I sent another message stating that if my order still hasn’t been shipped then I want to cancel my order immediately. Business is Business and I fully understand that infinite variables affect every aspect of running a business especially nowadays and definitely when competing with huge well organized conglomerates and I was trying to help you by choosing to buy from your company. In a situation like this in the future I can think of 2 improvements you can make to convince a customer to shop with you. 1) be accurate in what you tell someone regarding when you’ll have their order in the mail regardless how big or small the order. Don’t ever look past the small spender. In this particular situation I was starting with a very small and simple order to see how things go and if things were different I would be right back to spend a respectable amount of money for large orders regularly. 2) I would quickly earn the reputation as a business to bless your customers with something extra or a discount of some kind in a situation like this no matter how significant or substantial but just something to show a customer you’re always willing to sacrifice on your end to make things right the best you can. It’ll show that you’re willing to stand by your customer. And monitor your inventory prior to allowing the payment to clear in the first place. That’s your job. Principles amd loyalty to your customers. Had I known you were sold out of the small bottle I ordered I likely would have bumped my order to the next size bigger than what I ordered. You do sell quality products and your prices are fair. I would have been a good customer to hang onto. Best of luck to you and your company I wish u the best
