The fine assemblage of 46% Chardonnay, 24% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier creates a soft and fruity brut champagne, which is extremely smooth and gentle with a refined perlage. White peaches, poached pears, fresh butter, white flowers and spices can be heard spotted in the nose. Hints of roasted brioche and traces of citrus fruit demonstrate elegance and harmony at a dosage of 7 grams of sugar per litre.
