It is a blend of two Junmai Daiginjo sakes, one with a 20% polishing ratio and the other with a 35% polishing ratio. It boasts a rich, deep, and wonderful aroma, yet has a structured, moist, and smooth flavor, with a finish as sharp as a famous sword.
